Nebraska Textbook Loan Program (TLP)

Supporting access to instructional materials for Nebraska's non-public schools

The Nebraska Textbook Loan Program supports non-public schools' access to instructional materials aligned to required areas of instruction. Beginning in 2024, the ESU Coordinating Council supports this work by coordinating ordering, communication, and maintaining a statewide system of support in partnership with the Nebraska Department of Education.
