Statewide Trainings

The ESU Coordinating Council (ESUCC) provides a wide range of professional learning opportunities designed to support educators and school staff across Nebraska.

These statewide trainings include required offerings such as Behavior Intervention Training (BITS), as well as sessions focused on onboarding educators, strengthening instructional practices, and effectively integrating AI into teaching and learning. Additional learning opportunities are available for paraprofessionals and other specialized roles, ensuring that all staff have access to relevant, high-quality support.

Together, these trainings reflect a coordinated, statewide effort to build capacity and meet the evolving needs of Nebraska schools.
